La recuperación de practicas agrÃcolas ancestrales, la combinación de estas con las mejoradas es vital para incursionar a una agricultura sana sostenible que no dañe la salud de las personas ni el medio ambiente de esta forma mitigar los procesos acelerados de degradación de suelos, cobertura vegetal y la escasez precipitación pluvial en el altiplano, también se detectaron vestigios de manejo de suelos, aguas y el cultivo de quinua, bajo estos criterios se encaro una acción integral.

1. African traditional {native foods} were not displayed at del Gusto. In terramadre 2008 un area for preparing such foods be availed (a gateway of African foods to European markets.
2. Earth workshops are usually not well attended by the required participants. I suggest strict regulations or bi-laws be developed and implemented to ensure full time work shop attendance by participants eg. strictly follow meals calendar (specific time for meals).
3. A tour to farms to enhance farmer to farmer contact and exchange of experiences, be part of the programmes for terramadre 2008 (exposure visits).
4. Toilet facilities inconviencing
I suggest number of participants be propotional to toilet facilities at the oval house to avoid long ques.
5. I wonder if venues for world food community meetings be rotated.When will Africa host such ameeting?.
